Ranging on prairies and grasslands the breadth of North America, these birds offer one of the most pleasurable outdoor sporting experiences. The ring neck's distinct coloring and pounding flight when flushed provide an obvious but challenging target. Instant decisions, quick reflexes, and accurate aim are key skills to a successful hunt.
